Working place: 9th Floor, Epic Tower, No. 19 Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Handling licensing procedures for companies across a wide range of business lines
- Drafting application dossiers for business and investment project licenses
- Preparing documents for obtaining work permits, temporary residence cards, and other related permits
- Preparing and/or reviewing legal opinions, resolutions, contracts, and other legal documents for clients in a timely and consistent manner
- Implementing legal registrations, business establishment procedures, and investment procedures for clients
- Managing client matters from start to finish, including advising clients and conducting legal research on their behalf
- Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure effective and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Performing other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager
Yêu cầu
- Year of experience: 2-4 years; at least 1 years working in a law firm or as an in-house consult;
- Minimum education level: University Degree in law (economics, labor and investment preferred); Lawyer Training Course is preferred;
- Have sufficient knowledge and experience in legal consultancy related to Corporate & Investment, Merger & Acquisition, labor (especially labor regulations to expatriates), licensing, contract review/draft and legal compliances of foreign businesses in Vietnam;
- Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively at all levels within and outside the company;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools;
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines;
- Strong negotiating skills, oral and written communications skills in English;
- Hardworking, precise, proactive, enthusiastic, patient, and willing to learn
