Position: Legal Associate
Report to: Head of Legal and Compliance Dept. (Local)
Based in Hanoi
Job scope
1. Contracts and Legal advices
a. Draft and review contracts and addenda, including FIDIC-based construction contracts, lease contracts,
sales and purchase contracts, services contracts, NDAs, etc.;
b. Support Company's departments in contract management;
c. Administrate the execution, filing, renewal and/or extension of all transactional documents;
d. Support Company's daily business and operation in providing legal advices on various aspects, including
investment, real estate, environment, land, labor, firefighting and safety, etc.
2. Corporate secretary
a. Support in drafting and reviewing Company's applications for IRC, ERC, and other licensing documents;
b. Ensure all corporate documents, i.e., IRC, ERC, charter, share certificates, etc. are renewed, updated on
time, valid at all time, and in line with applicable laws and business models of the Company;
c. Support regulatory issues relating to the operation of the Company, including governmental filings,
licenses, and permits of the Company.
3. Others
a. Support in litigation and arbitration proceedings that the Company may be involved;
b. Research and update relevant departments of the Company on changes to legal regulations relating to
Company's operation;
c. Other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
