Advising and supporting clients in legal matters related to corporate consultancy, foreign investment, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Conducting research on case files, analyzing, proposing solutions to resolve cases, and providing legal advice on civil, criminal, and economic issues as per clients' requirements.
Representing clients in negotiation processes and managing litigation procedures in Courts and Commercial Arbitration.
Gathering evidence, drafting documents, preparing plans, and solutions for case resolution.
Drafting and preparing legal documents for clients at competent state authorities.
Performing other assigned tasks by the Management Board and Lawyers at the Company.

Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 3 - 5 years of legal consultancy experience in investment, commerce, or litigation.
Proficiency in English for task handling.
Ability to work independently and communicate confidently.
Strong research skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in legal argumentation.
Quick, diligent, proactive, careful, responsible, and able to withstand high-pressure situations.
WORKPLACE: 6th Floor, 520 CMT8, Ward 11, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
WORKING HOURS: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Self-introduction CV, summarizing experience, with personal photo (bilingual CV).
Relevant certificates and diplomas.
ID/Passport (scanned copy).
Complete the application when accepted.
Proficiency in English for task handling.
Ability to work independently and communicate confidently.
