Position Responsibilities
VinSOC is seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance professional in managing legal risks, strengthening governance standards, and supporting sustainable business growth.
Provide practical legal advice and guidance to management and business teams on corporate, commercial, operational, and strategic matters.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts and legal documents, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, procurement contracts, and other commercial arrangements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks while supporting business objectives and growth initiatives.
Monitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory developments; advise stakeholders on legal implications and required compliance actions.
Ensure the company's business activities, products, and services comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
Develop, maintain, and update internal legal policies, contractual templates, and compliance procedures to strengthen governance and risk management.
Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities, business partners, and internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
Support investigations, dispute resolution, claims management, and regulatory inquiries as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Law; specialization in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Investment Law, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in in-house legal and regulatory advisory roles, preferably within technology, cybersecurity, fintech, e-commerce, or digital services companies.
Proven ability to independently lead and manage the full spectrum of legal matters, including legal advisory, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.
Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex bilingual agreements and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
Sound understanding of corporate governance, commercial transactions, and regulatory frameworks applicable to technology-driven businesses.
Strong analytical thinking, business judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance legal risks against business objectives.
Self-driven, highly accountable, and capable of acting as a trusted legal advisor to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
