Mô tả công việc

• In charge of all company issues related to consulting on investment procedures with foreign company from start up to complete investment plan (IRC, ERC, sub-licenses, amending licenses,...);
• Work and maintain good relationship with Government Officers to push customer's dossiers and solve the troubles (if any);
• Research and draft documents and implement administrative procedures with the Government;
• Participate in other legal advice activities from Chinese clients;
• Consult, prepare documents, carrying out the procedures related to visa, work permit, temporary resident,... for Chinese clients;
• Coordinate with other teams to set up China Desk;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required;

Yêu cầu

• MUST proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Over 5 years working experience in professional service and/ or Law firms;
• Have working experience directly to clients (Especially Chinese clients);
• Degree holder, major in Law;
• Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Priority for candidates having the Practicing Certificate for Lawyers;

• Year-ended double pay;
• 5 working days (Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm; Friday: 8am - 3pm);
• Annual Leave: minimum 15 days and addition 1 day on every 2 serviced years;
