Mô tả công việc
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements including collaboration, service, development, advertising, entertainment, influencer and promotion agreements and NDAs; assist with updating contract models and templates as well as translations as necessary;
- Conduct legal research on various subjects including technology, intellectual property, media, data protection, privacy;
- Manage mandatory reporting, license renewal and other regulatory compliance for the business operations in Vietnam;
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in Vietnam to provide legal support for various projects and initiatives; and
- Advise on various compliance, disputes and litigation matters concerning products and business campaigns in Vietnam.

Yêu cầu
- 5-7 years post qualified experience
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written)
- Qualified to practice law and in good standing in Vietnam
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following areas: technology, intellectual property, media, data protection, privacy.
- Private practice experience will be favorable
- Highly motivated and responsible
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, thinking creatively with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical skills and business judgment combined with high quality written and verbal communication skills
