Mô tả công việc

A. JOB SUMMARY: This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City (District 1) and report to APAC general counsel based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate also will have the opportunity to work with global legal team with strong presence in the US and rest of the world.
B. KEY DUTIES:
1) Compliance
- Advise the leaders of business units on all legal and regulatory risks and best practices for manufacturing
facilities operation, corporate matters and commercial transactions.
- Support global trade compliance and supply chain compliance team with local implementation of policies
and practices.
2) Legal
- Draft and/or review commercial agreements, such as supply agreements, services agreements, IT
agreements, confidentiality agreements, leases, and other commercial contracts.
- Advise the leaders of business units on legal issues such as contract negotiation, employment, and
corporate governance.
3) Team Management
- Mentor members of the legal team, cultivate a proactive and collaborative working culture.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of legal services while managing and mitigating legal and operational risks.

Yêu cầu

1. Education: Bachelor or Master Degrees in Law Consulting.
2. Experience: 10+ years post qualification experience with a law firm or an in-house legal department in Vietnam.
3. Knowledge:
- High level of agility and a business supportive and practical mind set.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to effectively manage legal department operations in a highly
matrixed, multinational environment.
- Experienced in maneuvering through complex regulatory framework; interacting with and responding to
public regulators.
- Experienced in drafting and/or reviewing commercial agreements, such as supply agreements, services agreements, IT agreements, confidentiality agreements, leases, and other commercial contracts.
