Legal Executive (Corporate Compliance and Project Support)

- Corporate Compliance: Advising and implementing compliance tasks related to the operation of relevant entities (e.g., periodic reports, periodic meetings, notification/registration of changes to enterprise registration information, etc.); supporting businesses in inspection and examination sessions by the State authorities; advising daily operations of entities.
- Renewable energy project's licenses: Advising the required licenses for development of a renewable energy project and assisting project team in resolving licenses related matters.
- Labor: Drafting internal documents of enterprises, providing advice and implementing procedures for the registration of internal labour regulations, collective labor agreements, the establishment of trade unions where applicable, etc.
- Contracts Review: Reviewing different types of contracts in relation to an investment project such as construction contracts, O&M contracts, etc. Directly contacting, communicating, discussing, and participating in meetings with suppliers/contractors and related parties as assigned by Head of Legal to collect information and documents relevant to the case; frequently update Head of Legal and the management board of entities on the progress of the case.
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Assisting in drafting and conducting due diligence on project;drafting/reviewing capital transfer agreements; advising and carrying out procedures for obtaining the necessary licenses for investment and business; carrying out procedures for opening investment capital accounts and money transfers for contributed capital/purchase shares; advising on legal issues and carrying out other tasks until the M&A deal is completed.
- Other legal tasks: Conducting other tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal from time to time.
