Vietnam International Leasing Company (VILC) is the first licensed finance leasing company in Vietnam, established in 1997 through a multinational collaboration of leading financial institutions including KDB Capital Corporation (Korea) and Mizuho Leasing (Japan). VILC specializes in financial leasing services such as direct equipment leasing, sales & lease-back, and vendor leasing programs to support businesses in acquiring modern equipment and managing working capital efficiently.
Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, VILC is committed to delivering customized leasing solutions while fostering growth for its clients, employees, and partners.
We are looking for candidates for the position of Legal Executive
- To corporate with Marketing department to manage the overdue payments.
- To settle the bad debts including repossessing and selling the lease asset/ collateral and work with relevant authorities (Court and execution department).
- To make the periodical reports to Board of Directors and authorities on bad debts.
- To support other departments in terms of legal aspect.
Yêu cầu
- Male
- Age 27 - 35
- Graduated from University of Banking, Finance, Economics, Foreign Trade, Law.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with computer software applications.
- Two-year working experience is required.
