Education:
University degree (full-time) or higher in Law
Lawyer's Practicing Certificate/Lawyer Card is an advantage
Experience and knowledge:
Minimum of 03 years of legal experience in a similar role, hands-on experience working for a real estate
developer is an advantage;
Experienced in working with government authorities (especially in licensing and post-licensing works);
Candidates from other industries with strong legal mindset and proven adaptability are encouraged to apply;
Ability to handle high volumes of documentation, multitask effectively and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
Teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal departments.
Skills:
English: Good command for communication and writing skills;
IT: proficient in office software.
