About Henrison Law
Henrison Law is a corporate services law firm based in Ho Chi Minh City, advising businesses and investors on legal, compliance, and operational matters in Vietnam. We are looking for a highly capable Legal Intern who is academically strong, professionally minded, and able to work with speed, logic, and discipline in a demanding corporate services environment.
What We Look For
We are not simply looking for an intern to provide short-term support. We are looking for someone with the potential to grow into a full-time team member who can, after the internship period, handle work more independently, communicate professionally, and represent the firm well in working with business clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support the legal team in legal research, document review, and drafting.
Assist in preparing contracts, corporate documents, internal memos, client updates, and legal correspondence.
Support licensing, compliance, corporate, employment, and other legal matters handled by the firm.
Organize and manage legal documents, filings, and internal records accurately.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timelines and deliverables are properly followed.
Assist in communication and follow-up with clients, counterparties, and relevant authorities where appropriate.
Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the firm.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Law from a reputable university. Available to work full-time, 5 days per week
Strong academic background and solid legal knowledge.
Strong logical thinking and analytical ability.
Fast, responsive, and able to handle work efficiently without being slow or passive.
Professional attitude, high sense of responsibility, and strong attention to detail.
Result-oriented and proactive in achieving assigned objectives.
Good written and spoken English.
Good legal drafting and communication skills are preferred.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a professional manner.
Willingness and potential to develop into a full-time legal professional serving corporate clients independently.
