I. Company Overview

Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2020) and Dayone has partnered with SEA's Loyalty leader to launch a new Loyalty platform Buzz It (2024).

Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam. Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients. Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales. Scan It makes consumer shopping rewarding and fun, whilst growing customer loyalty.

Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end-to-end solution from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.

II. What you will do

The scope of work might change flexibly from time to time depending on the Legal department and is specified by the line manager.

Conduct legal research and analysis: Conducting legal research, updating, and keeping alert of legal changes in relevant legislation.

Assist with document drafting and review: Translating, proofreading, and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and internal policies.

Support administrative tasks: Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents (e.g., court filings, registrations), and perform administrative duties to support the legal team.

Support legal casework: Collaborating with other team members on various legal tasks/projects as needed.

III. What you should have

Bachelor in Law (or last year in the university majoring in law).

Good command of English.

Good logical thinking skills in researching and analyzing legal and practical issues.

Able to work independently under pressure and also work effectively in a team. High sense of responsibility, dynamism, and carefulness in work.

A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude: A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

IV. Why you'll love working here

Allowance: 4,000,000 VND Gross per month.

Working Time: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Hands-on internship with on-the-job training, mentoring, and workshops.

Participate in internal events and celebrations throughout the year.

Internship certificate & graduation report support (if applicable).
