Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
To draft, review contracts and other documents round 1 - suggest/highlight important points for Line Manager to review & make decisions.
To stamp contracts and other documents.
To perform legal research as needed.
To update and support the legal department in advising on legal information related to the Company's field of activity.
To prepare and submit documents for enterprises, intellectual property, etc.
To support English-Vietnamese translation.
To support tracking data and hard copies of contracts, NDA.
To provide other support to the direct manager that may be required.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in law
Required to work fulltime
Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel
Ability of self-learning
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good at English
Logical thinking and legal argumentation
