As a Legal Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the legal team with day-to-day operations and advisory work. You will gain hands-on experience in legal research, document review, and drafting, working alongside experienced lawyers to ensure compliance and provide practical legal insights for business activities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support the review of agreements with clients and suppliers under supervision.
Assist in drafting and updating corporate documents (e.g., resolutions, board decisions, charter amendments).
Assist in preparing documentation related to company licenses and regulatory filings.
Conduct legal research and support monitoring of new regulations, laws, and internal policies.
Assist in preparing and updating the company information for the bank
Maintain and organize legal documents, trackers, and databases.
Support ad-hoc legal and compliance tasks as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Law.
Strong in Corporate/Commercial Law.
Good legal drafting and research skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Good English communication (written & spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous internship experience in law firms or in-house legal teams is a plus.
Basic understanding of contracts, corporate governance.
