Forvis Mazars Legal Vietnam LLC is searching for a Legal Manager for its office in Ha Noi to reinforce and develop its practices.
Job Description:
Provide legal advice to clients on corporate, investment, labor and employment, construction and other legal matters.
Review and advise on contracts, corporate documents, legal applications and regulatory compliance matters.
Manage and oversee corporate, investment, labor and licensing projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Conduct legal research and analysis, identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
Manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams and relevant authorities, and support
business development activities.
Supervise and develop team members, review their work and ensure compliance with internal quality standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law.
At least 6 years of experience in legal advisory or consulting, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations, particularly in labor and employment matters, corporate and investment.
Experience in labor and employment, corporate or investment law is an advantage.
Good command of Vietnamese and English, particularly in legal drafting, contract review and client communication.
Strong analytical, communication, project management and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and deliver practical, client-oriented legal solutions.
