Legal Manager

· Advise and consult for the Board of Directors on legal issues.
· Compose documents, official letters issued by the Board of Directors.
· Instruct and support legal issues for the Group's member companies and functional departments;
· Review documents will be submitted to the Board of Directors, CEO; If necessary, supplement and complete documents to be submitted to the Board of Directors, CEO for consideration and approval;
· Compose/edit legal documents for the establishment of the Company, project planning, edit business registration content of the Company
· Participate in drafting and modifying internal processes and regulations;
· Compose/check the contract arising in daily activities of the Company; initial before signing the Company's Authorized Representative
· Control and supervise the compliance with laws and regulations of the company through checking the interaction and handle the work of the relevant departments;
· Contact, work with consultants to provide legal consulting services for the Company and other related work (Intellectual Property registration, Product Standard Disclosure Services, etc.);
· Compose official letters for state agencies, customers, suppliers;
· Support the functional departments to work with state agencies, customers, suppliers upon request
· Compose power of attorney;
· Compose the dossier of lawsuits at the Court requesting payment of overdue debts; be the representative on behalf of CEO to work with the Court and the judgment execution agency regarding the lawsuit of debt recovery;
· Update the newly issued legal regulations for the relevant functional departments and individuals;
· Organize the storage, store and control of the use of legal dossier and documents under the management competence of the Legal Department;
· Other jobs at the request of the Board of Directors and CEO.
