* Real Estate & hospitality:
Provide legal support for real estate projects, including project development, sales launch, and ongoing operations.
Review, draft, and advise on real estate-related agreements and documents (e.g. sales documents, SPA, LTLA, RPA etc.)
Support internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) on legal aspects relating to customer transactions and project operations.
Advise on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to hospitality and real estate operation.
* Contracts & corporate documentation:
Draft, review, and manage a wide range of contracts relating to the Company's operations, including service agreements, operational contracts, vendor agreements etc;
Prepare and review corporate documents such as POA, resolutions, internal decisions, and other internal corporate instruments;
Ensure all legal documents are consistent with applicable laws and internal governance requirements.
* Licensing & regulatory matters:
Handle and coordinate licensing procedures for the Company and its affiliates, including amendments to IRC/ERC and other regulatory filings;
Liaise with relevant authorities and support submission processes to ensure timely and compliant approvals;
Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure proper implementation in the Company's operations.
* Legal operations & administration:
Manage and maintain legal documentation, including proper filing and record-keeping of contracts and corporate documents.
Support internal processes relating to legal documentation, approvals, and execution.
Assist the Legal Department in administrative matters as required.
* Other tasks as assigned by Director of Legal from time to time.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university (UL, UEL)
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws, particularly in real estate, enterprise, commercial, and investment;
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an in-house legal role or law firm with exposure to corporate and real estate matters
Practical experience in corporate documentation, licensing procedures, and contract drafting/review;
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or similar operational environments is preferred;
Strong drafting, review, and legal analysis skills with a practical, business-oriented mindset;
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under direction.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
Willing to travel when required
