Legal Manager

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Law;
• Minimum 5 years' experience at Senior Associate level or above in a law firm or a real estate development company;
• Demonstrated ability to independently advise on, review, and draft sale and purchase agreements and lease agreements for real estate assets, including office, industrial, and resort properties, in both Vietnamese and English;
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience in handling internal corporate legal matters independently, including investment project documentation, operational legal matters, and general corporate legal affairs;
• Familiarity and expertise in the areas of real estate and corporate laws;
• Experience in real estate M&A activities;
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written;
• Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
• Strong analytical thinking and technical skills;
• Proactive and able to take initiative in handling assignments;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional departments;
• Careful, detail-oriented, and well organized;
• Comfortable working with foreign stakeholders and investors;
• Flexible and able to work effectively under pressure;
• High level of accountability, professionalism, and sense of responsibility;
• Business mindset is preferred.
