About the Role
Drive the Company's legal and compliance framework, covering contract management, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and policy training, while serving as a key partner to the Group Legal Team on regional and global projects.
Key Responsibilities
Legal & Contract Management
Provide practical legal advice to support business operations and management decisions.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.
Manage disputes, litigation, and external legal counsel when required.
Compliance & Ethics
Lead compliance programs and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and Group policies.
Develop internal policies and deliver compliance and ethics training.
Handle investigations, whistleblowing cases, and disciplinary matters.
Oversee personal data protection including DPIA/DTIA and privacy compliance.
Corporate Governance & Regulatory Affairs
Manage licenses, permits, and regulatory filings.
Support Board and Shareholders' meetings and maintain corporate records.
Liaise with regulators and government authorities on legal and compliance matters.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and develop the Legal & Compliance function.
Partner with
business leaders, regional teams, and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in governance, compliance, and legal processes.
