Mô tả công việc
• Prepare and review specific contracts, agreements or any other documentation regarding daily company's transactions to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Review and provide legal advice on legal documents, implications of internal policies and procedures with legal perspective and other cases requested by other departments
• Licensing support: prepare necessary documents, and submission to obtain and renew any licenses, approvals (including but not limited to business license, investment license, etc.)
• Do legal research on various topics related to company's activities:
- Management of law change;
- Informing all relevant personnel to the changes;
- Providing suggestions on how to meet any change in the legal requirements. In charge of draft regulation for advocacy agenda.
• Do internal legal updates with guidance and supports from Legal and Compliance Manager
• Prepare legal documents:
- Prepare legal correspondence, dispatch, official letter, etc. to send to the competent authorities;
- Prepare presentations for training course from Legal and Compliance Department;
- Prepare reports which relate to the daily operations of the Legal and Compliance Department;
- Internal legal corporate documents like Charter, Board Meeting minute and Resolution, Appointment Letter, Authorisation, Power of Attoney...
- Translate related document into English upon request.
• Manage documents (including contracts and other documents) and records management in Legal and Compliance Department, maintain proper filling of all documents both in hard copies and soft copies.
• Pay vendors and oversee other expenses necessary to the day-to-day operations of Legal and Compliance Department.
• Prepare documents and pay expenses related to daily operations of Legal and Compliance Department.
• Inventories and order office supplies.
• Provide the administrative and secretarial assistance to the Legal and Compliance Department to deliver exceptional services.
• Do other works as instructed by managers/supervisors from time to time

Yêu cầu
• Law University Degree is required.
• Work well under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.
• Careful, honest, committed.
• Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, PP, Excel, Outlook, MS Team).
• Long-term commitment.
• Well-organized and detail oriented.
• FMCG experience is preferred.
