Mô tả công việc
- Conducting legal research on case law, regulations, and legal issues in Enterprise, Labor, Investment Laws and others.
- Drafting legal advice and other legal services to clients
- Drafting legal memorandum, legal opinions for lawyers or other legal documents under the supervision of attorneys.
- Assisting with litigation at the Court and Arbitration.
Yêu cầu
- Lawyer training graduation certificate or at least 02 years of experience in Law firm/In House.
- Computer literacy and good command of English or Chinese.
- Good analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
