• Manage emails and diaries, business contact list, organize meetings.
• Arrange domestic and international travel.
• Follow up expense claims for Partners, Directors, and the Firm.
• Follow up the workflow and report to Partners and Directors.
• Assist in completion of engagement letters, prepare drafts of invoices, expense reports.
• Assist professional staff in time recording and expenses recording.
• Maintain hard files and digital files.
• Manage working facilities and stationaries.
• Generally provide administrative support to allow the professional staff to concentrate on technical work.
• Organize corporate trips, team-building activities and other events.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor degree
• Microsoft Office and English proficiency.
• Willing to work with data processing.
• Working autonomously and able to manage highly confidential information.
• Capable of being, and willing to be, trained and fluent in all the internal systems which are relevant to the operation of the Firm.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Smooth coordination and cooperation.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
