Position Purpose:
- Assist all projects of Sales & Engineering Department.
- Make an effort in response to customer demands and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Job responsibilities:
Order Management:
- Process and follow up on all orders as necessary.
- Follow up and update production status and delivery schedule to customers.
- Make monthly / annual work reports.
Sales & Customers Data Process:
- Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates.
- Periodically make a project list from the data above collectively.
Document Creation & Control:
- Prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders and other documents assigned by Sales & Engineering Department.
- Keep & archive all documents of each projects in order.
Accounts Payable Management:
- Monitor accounts payable on time & discuss payment terms with superiors.
Stock Inventory:
- Be involved in stock control and management and prepare monthly inventory report.
Others:
- Cooperate with Sales Department to prepare events & exhibitions.
- Visit customers with Sales Department and support translation if needed.
- Do other tasks upon request.
Yêu cầu
- From 23 to 26 years old.
- At least 1 year working in the same position.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, etc.
- Proficient in English. Japanese is a plus.
- Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have experience working with detail-oriented office work.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work overtime, be careful and timely at work.
- CV must be written in English and clearly state desired salary.
