The Senior Associate,
Assistant Manager within Deloitte's Legal team is responsible for providing regulatory, licensing and related market entry advisory services to a broad portfolio of clients.
• Handle matters related to business establishment licenses, including applications for new licenses, revisions, extensions, and related procedures.
• Assist Managers with legal research and provide advice on the Law on Enterprises, Law on Investment, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Real Estate Business Law, Labor Code, and other relevant regulations.
• Monitor and highlight changes in regulations on a weekly basis.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on various legal matters as requested by Managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
