2.1 Legal Advisory & Corporate Compliance
· Provide legal advice and guidance to Management on general commercial, corporate and civil matters.
· Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and advise relevant departments on compliance requirements.
· Support the development, review and implementation of company policies, procedures and internal regulations.
· Assist in legal risk assessment and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
2.2 Contract Management
· Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, NDAs and other legal documents.
· Ensure contracts adequately protect the Company's interests and comply with applicable laws.
· Maintain contract records and support contract administration activities.
· Provide legal support during commercial negotiations with customers, suppliers and business partners.
2.3 Dispute Resolution & Legal Support
· Support Management in handling routine civil, commercial and contractual disputes.
· Coordinate with external legal counsel, authorities and relevant stakeholders when required.
· Assist in preparing legal documentation, evidence and correspondence related to disputes or legal matters.
· Support investigations and resolution of legal complaints, claims and non-compliance issues.
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in legal, corporate compliance or related positions.
· Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, labor law and general corporate regulations.
· Experience in manufacturing, food industry or export-oriented businesses is preferred.
· Good analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
