* JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Advise on the Government policies affecting the operation of the Company:
- Study about legal documents being drafted or newly promulgated;
- Propose solutions for BOD and other units of the Company to ensure the operation in accordance with the law and ensure the benefits of the company.
* Legal advice:
- Update and coordinate with Human Resources Department to guide new legal documents related to the Company's activitives to relevant department and units;
- Organize the drafting and management of the sample contracts system of the Company;
- Check the legality of the contract before signing;
- Organize the vertification of legal documents sent to customers, partners, suppliers ...;
- Review the legality of ISO documents before promulgation in the Company.
- Carry out legal procedures related to business activities of the Company:
- Identification of legal provisions related to activities to be implemented;
- Cosult, guide and coordinate the implementation with the department in accordance with the law;
- Build relationshops inside and outside the Company to support the work.
- Settlement of disputes and complaints:
- Directly conduct and supervise the lower level staff (if any) during the process of court or arbitration.
- Reporting: Report directly to CEO or the authorized person.
- Other: As assigned by the superiors and the company.
