Mô tả công việc

Drafting and managing contracts:
Drafting and Reviewing Contracts to ensure compliance with the provisions of law, preventing risks and optimizing the company&039;s requirements.
Preparing documents for acceptance tests and contract liquidation process when the projects are completed.
Report contracts when due for acceptance and payment.
Issue invoices and track payments from customers
Perform other customer- related tasks
Consulting and implementing legal issues:
Perform work related to the registration, change and establishment of branches and representative offices; regulatory reports, notices, and other procedures.
Researching and updating legal regulations related to the Company&039;s field of operation, advising the Board of Directors and departments of the Company on new policies.
Legal due diligence on internal documents/external documents, contracts/agreements signed by the company, legal documents and other documents of the company.
Other jobs:
Make other detailed reports when required.

Yêu cầu

Number of years of experience: From 2 years.
Skills: Good English communication, reading and understanding written contracts in English, proficient in office computer
Objective, confidential and prudent; Work organization skills, agility, problem- solving, and good feedback.
Degree: Bachelor of Laws
Preference will be given to candidates working in the advertising industry.
