Legal Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:
- Ensure that all business activities of De Heus are fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations, while proactively identifying, managing, and minimizing legal risks.
- Served as a Legal Specialist focused on project management, including factory setups, M&A, and livestock farm rentals, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Legal coordination
- Partner with key project stakeholders to assess legal requirements/risks and drive follow-up actions.
- Liaise with Internal Licensing and Legal Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of related issues.
2. Contract Review:
- Preparing and reviewing all legal documents, contracts for Management Board and relevant departments.
- Preparing applications, dossiers to seek necessary certificates for business activities of De Heus and its affiliates.
- Updating the new regulations which can impact to De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus in Vietnam.
3. Legal Advice:
- Provide legal consultancy, monitoring, and legal support for all operations of De Heus Vietnam & its affiliates.
- Providing legal advices to relevant departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Legal.
KEY RESULTS:
- Ensure that all required certificates and licenses of De Heus Vietnam and its affiliates are duly obtained, renewed, and properly managed in full compliance with legal requirements.
