Mô tả công việc
- Draft and review contracts on sale and purchase, construction, supply of goods and services, credit, construction warranty...;
- Directly work with and carry out procedures at the relevant functional authorities on planning and architecture, investment, business registration, land and environment management, housing management, fire prevention and fighting, administrative management, police... to ensure the safe and sound operation of the project;
- Liaison with competence state agencies, service providers and other stakeholders;
- Directly work and handle issues of and claims, requirements from customers related to construction quality, payment, and ownership certificates, guarantee, maintenance...;
- Translate legal documents, contract, and outcomes of consultancy... and conduct interpretation in the meetings between the managements of the company and other authorities, partners, stakeholders...;
- Provide legal advice and ensure the lawfulness of daily operation of the Company;

- Education: College/ University Degree.
- At least 2 years' experience as same position
- Good command of English
- Candidates Vietnamese
- CV in English
- Be able to work well under high pressure and towards tight deadlines.
- Hard working and responsibility.
