Mainly in charge and responsible for legal management and regulatory management.
Review, prepare, check the legality of the Company's documents and transactions to ensure it complies with Vietnam law and protect the company from risks.
Research, analysis, and advice on legal issues related to the Company's operation and investment plan.
In charge of reviewing, implementing, liase, and managing the regulatory activities with MOH/DA/ other state agencies including but not limited to registration process of new brand, products, renewal products,...
Responsible for reviewing and managing sub-labeling, advertising, promotion, and other activities for regulatory compliance.
Proactively advises the top management of the company for new legal process to implement.
Advice & educate the team relate to legal matters and how to solve legal issue.
Coordinate trainin, management, and building development roadmaps for team members to achieve set goals and maximize resources. Conduct periodic job performance evaluations.
Main tasks :
1. Legal management
In charge of reviewing, prepare, advice on all contracts/ legal documents of the Company in high standard and bilingual (English & Vietnamese) with suppliers, retailers, customers, public institution and internal.
Review, prepare, check the legality of the Company's documents and transactions to ensure it complies with Vietnam law and protect the company from risks.
Coordinate with other departments, participate in the negotiation process, meet partners/customers when requirements arise.
Follow and make sure that our partner respects our contracts and agreements.
Consult, implement, and/or manage legal procedures for Company license, including but not limited to Intellectual property registration, establishment/restructuring of companies, and investment, ...
Provide legal advisory, develop, adjust, and review the Company's system of regulations, processes, regulations, and internal rules to manage and reduce the compliance risks.
Update with the new relevant regulations and systematize and update legal documents related to the Company's system of regulations, business activities.
Research, analyze, indicate the legal risks, and advise the Departments on legal issues related to the Company's operation and investment plan.
Coordinate work with state agencies to serve inspections/ post-inspections related to the Company's business activities.
2. Regulatory management
In charge of reviewing, implementing, liase, and managing the regulatory activities with MOH/DA/ other state agencies including but not limited to registration process of new brand, products, renewal products,...
Responsible for reviewing and managing sub-labeling, advertising, promotion, and other activities for regulatory compliance.
Create and maintain relationships with competent state agencies; make reports to state agencies periodically or upon request.
Responsible for database, processes, and systems to manage and maintain all regulatory documents needed for regulatory compliance.
Coordinate work with state agencies to serve inspections/ post-inspections related to the Company's regulatory activities.
Follow the regulatory matters and advise managers about the required modifications.
Assists in any ad hoc tasks as required.
3. Organization and team management
Conduct compliance checks, and coordinate to provide training on legal matters to all employees.
Carry out periodic reporting according to regulations and irregular reports as required.
Coordinate training, management, and building development roadmaps for team members to achieve set goals and maximize resources. Conduct periodic job performance evaluations.
Supervise the storage and management of the Company's legal documents and records.
Supervise, train, and manage a team of junior/ senior colleagues to ensure daily operation tasks are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Other tasks as assigned by line managers.
