Licensing Manager (Attractive Salary)

Job description
• Directly work with the clients to execute their requests and statutory requirements to apply for licenses, certificates, approvals, permits and similar papers to ensure the clients' business runs legally and safely.
• Manage and execute all works in relation to the application and renewal of all licenses for the clients, including but not limited to liaising with competent State authorities, other relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals to deliver the most effective results to the clients, acting as a client liaison and representative to work with the state authorities.
• Manage the licensing team, assign tasks, supervise and instruct trainee associates to ensure the work runs smoothly and effectively.
• Review and revise contracts, agreements, applications, and other legal documents as assigned.
• Complete all regulatory filings, including periodic reports, preparing legal advice to the clients.
• Assist Seniors/Managers in performing research and providing regulations on all fields of law.
