Mô tả công việc
Unios is seeking a talented and creative Residential Lighting Designer (Remote) to join our growing team from our state-of-the-art Ho Chi Minh office, collaborating with a Business Development and Customer Success team in our head office in Australia. In this role, you will play a key role in creating lighting plans that enhance the aesthetics, functionality, and energy efficiency of our clients' projects.

The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lighting Designer with the passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces through the art of lighting, looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in a one of the fastest growing lighting companies in Australia.
About the Role:
Design and Develop:
• Develop lighting plans for Australian clients that align with design intent and budget.
• Utilize software like AutoCAD to craft detailed lighting specifications and technical drawings.
Collaborate and Present:
• Assist the team in crafting compelling product and design presentations for stakeholder engagement.
Client Service and Partnerships:
• Partner closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional lighting design solutions to clients.
• Manage projects meticulously to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and thorough documentation.
Expertise and Relationship Building:
• Establish yourself as the resident authority on lighting and client products.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external resources across architecture, engineering, and design disciplines.

About You:
You enjoy working with a young and ambitious team in a fast-paced environment. You are eager to collaborate with clients and architects to bring their visions to life.
To excel in this environment:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Lighting Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential lighting design.
• Strong understanding of lighting principles, including lighting types, fixtures, and controls.
• Proficiency in lighting design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Dialux, AGI32).
• Excellent English proficiency for effective communication with interal and external parties.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
