Line Technician I

Range of Responsibilities and authorities
Technical support for production operations
Trouble shoot to ensure production equipment working smoothly
Carry out preventive maintenance of production machinery in accordance with maintenance instruction/plan.
Prepare spare parts for the machines.
In case of finding machine defects, take corrective action accordingly
Proper recording of all quality parameters as called out in the controlled specification
Preventing nonconforming products from entering the next operation
Support QA/PE/Production/CIM team for improvements and validation process (yield, quality, reduce cost, re-layout, kaizen, 5S, SKB, improving, etc.)
Responsible for training of new colleagues and operators
Involve with project team for FMEA, training, machine installation, etc.
Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every areas. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations.
Attending concerned training courses of QMS-ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001 where required.
Other tasks are assigned by supervisor.
Additional for Line Technician, who will work at Metal Parts
Line Technician in Metal Part group have a role of "Production process engineer". Support and coordinate with QA, PE team to identify the root cause of quality problem, then, perform necessary actions to fix it, or propose the solution for modifying/improving/replacing.
Responsible for validation of machines/ equipment/tools at Metal Parts.
Entitlements
Having right of consultation and participation to the employer for improvement of OH&SMS-ISO45001, reporting to direct supervisor or higher level for any issue relevant to OH&SMS-ISO45001.
Entitle to enter company area besides working hours with approval of Manager.
