ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with Account Department to plan, implement and be responsible for direct sales sessions on e-commerce channels, TiKtok...
Supervise broadcast preparation work: backdrops, live angles, production, script printing, gifts, discount codes...
Support the Host to introduce, answer questions, answer questions from livestream viewers with information about products, brands, product features, selling prices, promotions, how to product usage, how to order, purchase...
Encourage and motivate viewers to stay and watch the livestream, get discount codes and add products to the cart by using highly interactive forms such as storytelling, acting or quizzes,... to attract attention and increase sales.
Report sales and customer status for each live stream.
Responsible for post-production scheduling, timely analysis of live broadcast indicators and effects.
Live broadcast time: According to the plan of each program activity.
REQUIREMENTS
Passionate with advertising marketing
Have good communication skills, work in teams, be agile, dynamic and responsible
Proactively research and learn thoroughly about the product before the program
Good time management skills and flexible working skills.
Experience working in live streaming or advertising, marketing, sales or communications is a plus.
Proficiency in using TikTok Live stream, Photoshop, and video editing software is an advantage.
