There is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the Care Home Support Team (CHST) within Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership.
The Care Home Support Team carry out assurance visits, support and training within all the Care Homes and Very Sheltered Housing complexes in Aberdeenshire.
If you are looking for a varied working day and don't mind travelling through the Shire countryside, this could be the post for you.
The role requires good knowledge and understanding of Infection Prevention and Control, alongside excellent communication skills and ensure resident centred care, underpinned by the Health & Social Care Standards. The post is full time Monday to Friday, though some weekend work may be required to meet clinical demand on occasions.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates
