Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver Leadership & Soft Skills Training programs.
Develop learning curricula and coordinate training activities.
Implement talent development programs and IDPs.
Partner with
business leaders and factory L&D teams to enhance people development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management or related fields.
5-10 years of L&D experience, including at least 2 years managing L&D programs.
Hands-on experience in designing and delivering Leadership/Management Training for Supervisors, Managers and Senior Managers.
Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
