Mô tả công việc
* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Handle Local Sales Effort - including order handling and execution
- Maintain Stock Programme - supported by Web Development & CIC teams, you will be responsible for developing ScanCom's stock programme.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
- Development of Local Sales - source new and potential channels for sale in local/regional market(s).
- Development of Hospitality Programme - develop a programme specifically tailored for hospitality. Alongside Product Management, you will be given an opportunity to tailor a collection specifically for this purpose and the only limit is your imagination.
- Go to fairs, events and visit potential customers as part of your development and that of the Hospitality Programme.
- As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with colleagues from both this team as well as other departments and teams around the world. You will report directly to the Communication & Customer Experience Manager, but will conduct your work in a matrix organisation where collaboration and communication is open and flexible.

Yêu cầu
* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
* Must requirement:
- College/Bachelor Degree major in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, English, Trading or similar fields
- You have experience in Sales Management from a previous employment
- You have good management skills and can lead a team
* Important requirement:
- You are proactive, energetic and structured
- You have a passion for finding the right fit for existing and potential new customers-flexibility is key
- You care about sustainability and the environment, and share a belief in always providing the best solutions with this in mind
- You possess at least average English skills, and are fluent in Vietnamese
- You have at least basic skills with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience working with D365/Axapta is a plus
- Most importantly, you are a positive, open-minded person and a true team player
