Locally Engaged Staff - Economic Analyst

The Australian Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City is seeking a self-motivated and well-organised candidate to fill a vacant Economic Analyst position (Locally Engaged Staff - LE5). The exercise may be used to fill similar positions over the next 18 months from the date of advertisement.
Working for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Economic Analyst position will oversee the management of one or more activities under the EEES. This will involve contributing to the design and implementation of programs, provision of policy advice and reporting, maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, and coordination of monitoring and evaluation activities.
The successful candidate will be offered a fixed term non-ongoing contract for initial one (1) year with a potential for renewal or on-going permanent contract. The full-time monthly gross salary ranges from VND 39,485,890 to VND 44,441,717. Refer to Applicant Information Pack.
