Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistic Executive to oversee warehouse operations, coordinate transportation, and support project logistics in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient supply chain processes, smooth cross-functional collaboration, and cost-effective logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse coordination and Management. Visit the warehouse to verify and reconcile actual stock with system records.
Ensure accurate updates of stock lists in coordination with the Accounting (ACC) department, Team Leader, and Sales Team.
Monitor and follow up on container and truck imports to the warehouse.
Track and record details for internal reporting and inventory updates.
Coordinate with PM team and Sales team to arrange domestics transportation and manpower for projects/sales pitch.
Verify and update warehouse handling, delivery fees, transportation, and labor expenses to system/files
Monthly all logistics expenses to team leader and ACC.
Update warehouse capacity and monitor costs related to warehouse services, trucking, and manpower.
Other tasks assigned by Team Leader and Director.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of an associate degree or college-level education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, and warehouse management, with a demonstrated ability to perform under pressure.
Proficient in logistics management software, MS Office (Excel).
Being detail-oriented is required.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Can-do attitude.
Intermediate in English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
Age range: 23-year-old and above.
