Logistic Officer/ Import& Export Officer

A Logistics Officer is the responsibility of both inbound, outbound logistics procedure. It's include the document preparing, communication forwarder, relationship with forwarder and customs clearance activities. To do this, you have to work with Planning, warehouse, purchasing members related to the preparation the goods for delivery, containers booking, arriver schedule of import [protected info] This means that you will have to be experienced in logistics field, procedure, and good understanding about manufacturing process.
I. INBOUND LOGISTICS PROCEDURE
1. Working with departments: Purchasing, other departments, receiving information about incoming goods, carrying out procedures for importing goods from abroad, importing goods on the spot from domestic suppliers.
2. Coordinate, mobilize and work with Forwarders to check, open import declarations, arrange and arrange vehicles, and time to receive goods to the factory to ensure timely production progress.
3. Reconcile invoices and documents, costs related to shipping services, related import procedures, complete payment documents...
II. OUTBOUND LOGISTICS
1. Coordinate and work with the Export Warehouse and Production Planning department to prepare goods for shipment, receive warehouse delivery documents and invoices to promptly carry out export procedures.
2. Working with Forwarder about the Vessel, container, truck schedule & sending the booking confirmation for delivery
3. Completely prepare CO application documents
4. Make Custom liquidation report
5. Working with accounting to follow-up the payment of Forwarder, transportation vendor
III. Other tasks:
- Collect all the delivery request from all department to processing the delivery of the goods
- Solving the problem related to receiving/delivering procedure (Including the relationship with forwarder, customs officer
