Logistics and Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Purposes:
• Fully be responsible for the operations of the distribution centers, bonded and CFS warehouses of MCL in North Viet Nam, including:
• Lead the OPS team to achieve the OCF objectives of PnL improvement, productivity, service quality, safety, security, sustainability, and compliance.
• Drive OPS strategy preparation & executions to support the company's goals of warehouse footprint extension, product development, revenue & profits as well as to grow the market shares.
• Manage the customers' expectations and satisfaction to maintain and grow new businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Overall management for warehouse operations, in a strategic and cost-effective way
• Responsible for accountable operations team's budget & P&L
• Drive and take the lead to plan, propose initiatives or suggestions for work improvement projects, and competitive value-added services to our clients
• Work proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the customers' expectations, manage project implementation and execution to achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPIs met
• Ensure the operations are being managed in full compliance with company policies and lawful regulations

• New customers onboarding and go-live smoothly
• All inbound and outbound shipments proceed as a plan with no delay and penalty, or extra cost will incur
• Continuous improvement in operations processes
• Customers satisfaction
