Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinators to oversee Logistics and Shipping liasoning activities , by ensuring regular communications and follow-up . The Logistics responsibilities includes maintaining positive client relations, evaluating clearing and forwarding quotations, approving quotations, and maintaining accurate records for all the transactions for imports and exports.• Prepare the export - Import schedule • Prepare the Export - Import Documents . • Negotiating Contracts with forwarders, shipping lines, logistics supply chain participant.• Shortlisting, Evaluation and Contracting with forwarders and other exports and Imports supply chain participants• Timely deliverability on logistics and shipments• Negotiations and discussions with statutory departments• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping• Freight and logistics costs analysis• Reporting market information and preparing a weekly, and monthly report• Traveling and meeting forwarders and other statutory department when it's needed • Prepare Exports and Imports documents and ensure correctness.• Coordination with clients to get approval on shipping documents in timely manner
