Mô tả công việc

➢ Import and export goods overseas and locally as requested.
➢ Ensure procedures, legal records and documents during the importingexporting process both foreign and domestic to the requirements of the company and Vietnam Law.
➢ Cooperate with the FWD and resolve issues (if any).
➢ Weekly report to the line manager.
➢ Record and save the signed hard copy and scan the file on the company system.
➢ Follow the company system and processes.
➢ Manage the contracts, payment terms, documents and invoices with FWDs.
➢ Expand the FWD list.
➢ Reduce the price and increase the payment term and the FWD's services.
➢ Make the payment request and follow the payment process.
➢ Work as per the requirements of the manager or BOD.
➢ Manage the warehouse, showroom and report.
➢ Support to re-pack at DTC office when the company requires.
Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Mon - Sat (8:30AM-12:30PM)

Yêu cầu

REQUIREMENTS:
o Must possess good spoken and written English (communicate with managers in Singapore).
o Graduate from Intermediate /College /University in Business Administration/Marketing/International Business.
o Having 01 year experience in Logistic/QC will be priority.
o Must be able to handle English documents.
Other information:
o Degree: College / University
o Age: 22 - 30 years old
o Form: Official staff
o Probationary period: 2 months
