Logistics Executive

• Handle all import and export shipments to warranty that there are sufficient goods for the wholesales team, Retail team, and E-commerce team; Responsible for efficient and appropriate clearance processes and procedures to comply with all legal and statutory requirements.
• Benchmarking logistics cost controlling and improving the procedures; In parallel, cooperate with HQ to set up the freight quotation procedures with suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers to arrange import/export shipments
• Handling and minimizing the logistics cost for the company
• Knowledge of the government's customs regulations to drive the logistics and warehouse operation smoothly
• Overseeing and monitoring quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Management of the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of the product.
• Organizing warehouse, categorizing goods, planning routes, and processing shipments.
• Ensure all costs must be tracking correctly and on time
• Be in charge of customer order list (domestic and exported); KPI(s) for OTIF
• Including Delivery document preparation, routing, and trucking, delivery points management, Proof of delivery collection, returned goods
• Resolving delivery inconsistencies or delay
• Coordinate with Sales Department to keep track of the good status and issue correct goods and quantity to store without any delay
• Ensuring that shipping documents are well kept, updated, and in compliance with E-commerce standard
