Logistics Executive

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments: confirm cargo readiness dates (CRD), book space with carriers/forwarders, select suitable container types for module size and weight (including open top, flat rack for oversized units), and track ETD/ETA against the production plan.
Prepare loading plans and coordinate with Warehouse/Production on packing, lashing and protection of pods and modules in transit; supervise container stuffing.
Prepare and review import/export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L or AWB, C/O, quality certificates, etc.), ensuring consistency with ERP (Odoo/Vindoo) data.
Determine and apply HS codes for imported materials and exported finished goods (prefabricated modules/components); verify duty rates, commodity policies, licences and specialised inspection requirements.
Prepare applications and obtain C/Os suited to the export market (Form D, E, AK, EUR.1, CPTPP, etc.); verify origin criteria based on BOMs.
Lodge electronic customs declarations or coordinate with customs brokers; monitor clearance status, handle inspections and declaration amendments.
Request freight quotations, compare and recommend suitable carriers/forwarders; check and reconcile logistics costs (freight, surcharges, THC, D/O, detention/demurrage) against quotations and forwarder invoices; update costs in the ERP.
Track shipment status and keep internal teams and customers/projects updated; proactively handle incidents (delays, damage, loss), support claims and cargo insurance.
Manage and coordinate the disposal and destruction of scrap, waste, and defective products, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and EPE requirements.
Prepare and submit annual periodic customs settlement reports for Export Processing Enterprises (EPEs), ensuring full compliance with applicable customs regulations.
Maintain organised, retrievable shipping and customs records; prepare periodic reports on delivery performance, freight cost and compliance status.
