Mô tả công việc

Coordinate shipments from origin
Coordinate with Brand partners counterpart logistics plan to smooth the flow of shipment
Track shipment and ensure flow as smooth as possible
Confirm with shipper that all import documentation are correct and in line with customs requirement
Shipment Import Documents to be forwarded to the clearance forwarder in a timely manner
Update daily shipment status and distribute to the relevant personnel
Coordinate with merchandising and cross dock facility teams with regard to incoming shipment
Ensure all shipments files by Brand are maintained
Assist Logistics Manager as required
Assume and attend to additional related assignment as per agreed with the management.
Setting up import & inbound operation & process for handling new brands
Advise merchandising team for new imported process/product
Analyze continuous improvement on operation and taking part on improvement project.
Handle team report (logistics dashboard)
Manage inbound & outbound of new brands until it goes smoothly
Handle other tasks assigned by manager

Yêu cầu

Experience/ Training Qualifications
Must have at least 4years of experience in a similar position
Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade or Economics
Subject on import/export, supply chain or logistics is an advantage
Skills & Knowledge Requirement (Ability to):
Proactive, self-motivated and responsible for the tasks assigned.
Good at analysis and logical thinking
Project management skill
Good English communication and negotiation skills
Able to work & make decision individually
Able to work under high pressure.
Time management and daily tasks priority skills.
Good in Microsoft Office ((Especially excel skills and email written)
