ABOUT THE POSITION:
● Logistics manager has to have good knowledge about Logistics field, leadership qualities, presentation skills, synthesis and analysis skills and be able to connect with all sections in the factory. This position also requires to cover all logistics competences to supervise and backup the jobs of other internal staff .
Essential functions and key responsibilities are:
● Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries
● Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance
● Organizing warehouse , plot routes, and process shipments.
● Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
● Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them
● Evaluating budgets and expenditures . Controlling budget within approved
● Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
● Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines
● Following stock and making the settlement report for Import for Export and Processing contract to Customs
● Checking quotations and control all of costs and expenses of logistics dept , submitting Expense report to Management
● Having methods to reduce Logistics cost
● Monitoring Forwarders and evaluating them yearly
● Handling liquidation
● Working with state agencies and handling all of their inspections.
● Supervise and backup jobs of other staff.
● Responding to any issues or complaints
● Following other tasks based on the requirements of the Board of Management.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
● At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
● Graduated from university majoring in Foreign Economic Relations / Foreign Trade / Business Administration
● Knowledge of logistics: Incoterms, Customs Laws, Tariffs, international transport, supply chains...
● Prior experience of working in logistics/supply chain/transportation function within the automotive or manufacturing environment with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedure
Skills/personal qualifications -
● Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency & result oriented
● Strong analytical and negotiating skills
● Able to work in group and independent
● Sense of responsibility
● Being dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, patient and hard-working
● Working well under high pressure
● Effective English communication is a must.
● Having leadership qualities
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
● Graduated from University Major in Economics / Foreign Trade / Business Administration

● Must be able to communicate effectively with employees through multiple forms of technology with telephone and computer. Must be able to receive and convey information.
● The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
● Ability to travel to all areas in the facility which may require climbing, ascending and descending stairs, and traveling long distances, as required. Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Ability to respond to audible and visual alarms.
● Able to move and tear down machines with weight up to 27 Kg
