Logistics Manager

Your Job
As Manager, Logistics, you will support the Plant Manager and take full ownership of the Logistics department's operations - covering warehouse, import/export, inventory control, customs, and systems - to ensure reliable delivery performance and full compliance with Molex standards, international and local laws.
What You Will Do
- Define department strategy, key focus areas, KPIs (freight & duty rate, receiving and delivery performance, day stock index, slow & excess, customs clearance and liquidation) and goals; plan, organize, execute and review to achieve them.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations: warehouse management, export, logistics, inventory control, SAP/ITS system, administration, ISO, EMS, TS16949, CSR and RBA requirements.
- Define and review department policies, procedures, processes and work instructions to optimize resources and improve efficiency.
- Assess, select and develop forwarders; control Molex inventory/assets at suppliers and vendors, as well as customer property at Molex Vietnam.
- Support the Plant Manager in working with local authorities and ensure operations comply with applicable laws.
- Recruit, set and review RR&E, train and coach team members, manage people relations and performance assessment.
- Take responsibility for the financial performance related to department operations.
- Ensure compliance with 7S & Kaizen, EHS, RBA & Social Responsibility, and protection of company assets.
- Support and contribute to Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO and EH&S management systems.
