* Location : 37 Le Van Luong, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi
* Employment type: Full-time
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday (and Saturday morning working online if required)
* Job Description:
Handle and coordinate international sea freight shipments, especially US trade lane.
Communicate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, trucking companies and related parties.
Prepare and control import/export documents (B/L, shipment documents, debit/credit notes...).
Follow up shipment status from booking to delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment operation.
Support handling operational issues and customer requirements.
Yêu cầu
College/University degree in Logistics, Import Export, International Business or related fields.
Minimum 3 years experience in Sea Freight Forwarding / Logistics Operation.
Experience with US trade lane is preferred.
Understanding of AMS, ISF, Manifest, House B/L is an advantage.
English communication skills for daily work.
Good MS Office skills.
Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
