This newly created role will be ideal for someone who is interested in being part of a new Branch and looking at having a bigger impact in the success of the business. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
• At least 1-2 years of experience and know how in a similar role.
• Cargowise software knowledge
• English Speaking
• Strong Data Entry skills with accuracy
• Have understanding of logistics documentation
• Provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, including maintaining exceptional relationships with customers, carriers, sub-contractors, and internal staff.
• Ability to evaluate and process shipping documentation including all the associated administration for all aspect of the logistics (import, export and domestic transport).
